By accessing or using the Journi application (formerly known as Trava), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Journi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the App or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Journi. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the App as necessary to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you post and agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.

If you downloaded Journi from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms are between you and Journi only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. The Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App.
