Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your phone number for verification via SMS one-time passcode (OTP). We use this to authenticate your identity.
Profile Information
During onboarding and profile setup, you may provide personal information including your name, date of birth, gender, photos, location (city and coordinates), ethnicity, height, relationship preferences, workplace, education, religion, diet, lifestyle habits, languages, and interest tags. This information is used to display your profile and help match you with compatible users.
User Content
You may create community posts, comments, and direct messages within the App. This content is stored so it can be displayed to other users as intended.
Usage Information
We collect information about how you interact with the App, such as profiles you view, likes, passes, and saved profiles, to improve matchmaking and the user experience.
Device Information
We may collect limited device information such as device type, operating system, and app version to ensure the App functions properly.
Location Information
With your permission, we collect your location to enable distance-based matching and to display your city on your profile.

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.
You can delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the App. You may also request deletion of your data by contacting us at .

SCD is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

By downloading or using SCD, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the SCD application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SCD. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
SCD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the App or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to SCD, including profile information, photos, posts, and messages. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the App as necessary to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you post and agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information in your profile and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Community posts may be reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines. Users who are banned may submit an appeal.
SCD offers optional premium subscriptions (Gold and Elite) with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment processing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective terms. We do not directly process payment information.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through the Settings screen.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not conduct background checks on users and make no guarantees about the behavior or identity of other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCD and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any interactions with other users.
If you downloaded SCD from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms are between you and SCD only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. The Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
