By accessing or using the Trava application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Trava grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the App or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to Trava. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the App as necessary to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you post and agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

If you downloaded Trava from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms are between you and Trava only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. The Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
